Our custom cornhole boards are made from cabinet grade 1/2" Maple Plywood tops and solid wood 2x4 frames that have been squared on one edge to create a seamless transition from board top to the side frame. All edges receive a round over to create smoother/softer edges as well.

After the cornhole set construction is complete, we apply 3 coats of polycrylic to create years worth of enjoyment for inside/outside use. We do suggest you store them in a dry place when not in use however.

The boards are regulation size at 48" tall, 24" wide, with a 6" hole centered 9" down.
