All of our Custom Barn Doors are hand crafted and are shipped fully assembled, so all you have to do is hang them. No more worrying about if you're putting the door together properly or if it's going to hold up long term. These are solid wood doors that are put together using wood screws and glue. With our solid wood doors you are also able to customize your size and design to fit your space and design aesthetic. Simply send us a message with what you're looking for and we'll make it happen!

The doors can range anywhere from 20" up to 40" in width and maximum height of 93", all corners are rounded over so there's a nice smooth surface on them.

Due to newly implemented UPS regulations, the maxium length plus girth, must be smaller than 165”. To figure out your total. take the Length+ (Width x 2)+(Height x 2). The heigh is always going to be 3” for packing purposes.

Example 1 — 84” tall, 32” wide would give you (84+(32×2)+(3×2))=154
Example 2 — 93” tall, 35” wide would give you (93+(35×2)+(3×2))=169

In the two examples above, Example 1 can be shipped, Example 2 would not be eligible to ship via UPS. Example 2 would need to be arranged for pickup.
